This is an epic adventure of achievement, camaraderie, breathtaking scenery and pushing oneself and one’s teammates to achieve something they never thought possible.
Each participant will have prepared for over 6 months and invested over 1,500 km (~150 hours) as they prepare to take on the physical, logistical and mental challenge of running 7 different marathons in 7 different countries in 7 consecutive days.
Runners start with an official city marathon and then continue on to run six unofficial, but full distance marathons (26.2 mi / 42.2km). Each day sees a new country with new experiences, some through the icy mountains of the Alps, some through the lush Nordic forest terrain and some along extraordinary Adriatic coast lines. Whichever tour you take, you’ll love each day for what it brings; an extreme running holiday amongst budding marathon runners.
The 2020 tour starts us off with the official Prague city marathon on the 3rd May 2020, followed by the standard 26.2 mile marathon distance through glorious Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and finishing off our final run through the beautiful Surrey Hills. A tour not to be missed!
The 2021 tour starts with the most picturesque city marathon in all of Europe, the Geneva official. Stark contrasts are to be expected with this tour as we make our way through France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany and the UK. A tour of intense climbing and spectacular scenery.
